Can I buy the courses online?
Many of our courses are available to purchase online. Our secure payment gateway allows you to safely enter your credit card details and purchase a voucher for the available events. The voucher can be redeemed at any time when there is a course available, for 12 months from the purchase date. Simply purchase a voucher online and call us to book. Where courses are not available to book online, simply call 01751 460467 to arrange a booking.
How do the gift pack and voucher work?
The gift pack comprises of an open gift voucher valid for 12 months
at any one of our locations. The issue date will be detailed on the voucher.
The recipient then calls our office and registers themselves onto a location
of their choosing during the 12 month period. We are a mobile rally school
operating at specific location on pre-set dates (always weekends) throughout
the year.
How do I book?
Just call our office, we take most credit/debit cards. The whole process
only takes couple of minutes.
When will I receive the gift pack?
We despatch the gift pack within 24 hours of receiving your booking.
Delays do occur over the weekend and during holiday periods.
Are there any height or weight restrictions?
It is the height/weight ratio which is important. For instance, a participant who
is tall at 6’ 3” and of medium build for their height will fit in car. Also a
participant who is small in height but of big build will also fit in car. A problem can arise when the participant is very tall (over 6’ 3”) and of big build.
Are there any age or licence restrictions?
Participants need to be full licence holders. The length of time that the licence has been held for is not relevant. All full licence holders are covered under our insurance.
What happens on the day?
On arrival, participants register and help themselves to refreshments from
our hospitality truck. There is short safety briefing, then the participants
are divided into groups of four who then share the same instructor and car throughout the course.
All tuition takes place in the car. The participant sits behind the wheel and the instructor
sits in the passenger seat which is fitted with dual brakes. They both have intercoms in their helmets which enables the instructor to teach the participant the necessary skills required. The experience is similar to a driving lesson, but much is more fun!!
Does a participant need any previous rallying experience to take part?
No, most people who attend our courses have no experience whatsoever.
Our courses are designed for fun, although our teaching methods are constructive.
A half day course covers several basic rallying skills and on full day courses
participants have an opportunity to progress to some advanced rallying skills.
However our main objective is for each participant to have a fantastic and memorable experience.
How much driving time does a participant receive?
On half day course we provide 3 sessions of 15 minutes in car (includes strapping in time).
On full day course we provide 6 sessions of 15 minutes in car (includes strapping in time).
Our courses are designed to give you the most driving time in comparison to most of the current rally schools.
What time do the courses start?
We offer half day morning and afternoon courses. The morning course
is held between 9.15am and 12.30pm and the afternoon course is held between 1.30pm and 5.00pm.
Full day courses are held between 9.15am and 5.00pm
Do you provide high speed passenger rides?
Yes, we give high speed passenger rides at the end of all courses
(“Instructors Revenge”) and at all locations.
Are spectators permitted?
Spectators are welcome. All our locations are natural rallying environments, therefore spectators are not cordoned off. For this reason and for safety purposes we advise that you do not invite spectators under the age of 10 years, although they are allowed under strict parental supervision. Spectators under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who is not participating and will be held responsible for the behavior of the the junior.
